Jersey City Reservoir No.3

The Jersey City Reservoir Preservation Alliance is a citizen group advocating for the adaptive reuse of a decommissioned reservoir as a passive-use recreation park. Through the Alliance's efforts, the City of Jersey City has committed to the groups vision for the park and has stated its intention to follow through with the plan.
